The customer service was top notch! Professional, friendly and efficient. Prior to the end of our visit, we purchased a new mobility scooter for my wife and 2 new replacement batteries for my existing mobility scooter, which David installed for me. In addition he took the time to diagnose other issues with my mobility scooter, which would have left me stranded without the extra care David took to correct them. I highly recommend Bayshore Medical Supply in Pasadena Texas. My Golden Buzz around scooter steering handle broke somewhere on the inside. A metal piece cracked so it could not go backwards or forward. My husband went up to his store in Pasadena and was taken care of right away.
